Subcontract Manufacturing

Extra manufacturing capacity without forcing the customer to split the job across multiple suppliers.

PROJECT GEOMETRY / REVIEW BEFORE PRODUCTION

Project approach

Use us as a manufacturing stage, not only as a supplier of finished products.

A customer can outsource a complete component or only the stage creating a bottleneck: forming, fabrication, welding, stainless finishing, assembly, inspection preparation or packing. The scope is defined before production so the work returns ready for the next operation.

We do not publish invented machine lists, capacity figures or certifications. Material, dimensions, tolerances, documentation, testing and any regulated requirements are confirmed for the individual project before production.

Typical scope

What this capability can cover

Examples are indicative rather than a fixed catalogue. If the requirement is unusual, send the information you have and we can assess a practical manufacturing route.

  • overflow fabrication
  • repeat components
  • formed parts
  • welded assemblies
  • finishing
  • protected packing
Not limited to catalogue parts.

Drawings are ideal, but a sketch, photographs, measurements or an existing sample can also start the discussion.

Engineering review

Details that change the job

Capacity

One-off, prototype, small-batch and repeat requirements can be reviewed.

Handover

Receive drawings, samples or partially fabricated components.

Repeatability

Agree critical dimensions, finish references and inspection points for repeat work.

Return condition

Parts can be protected and packed for collection, delivery coordination or onward assembly.

Manufacturing route

From requirement to dispatch condition

01Define outsourced stage
02Agree handover condition
03Receive parts / data
04Complete agreed operation
05Check agreed points
06Return protected work

Stainless expertise

Finishing can determine how the part should be fabricated.

For appearance-sensitive stainless, the best result is easier to achieve when finishing access, grain direction, weld transitions and handling are considered before the component is welded.

RFQ information

Send enough detail to make the quotation useful.

Files

PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP, sketches, photographs or sample information.

Material

Grade if known, thickness or section, and any traceability requirement.

Quantity

One-off, prototype, batch size or expected repeat demand.

Finish

Functional or visual finish, grain direction, coating or reference sample.

Critical details

Tolerances, interfaces, inspection points, documentation or special handling.

Delivery

Required timeframe, destination and packing / surface-protection expectations.
