Production & Batch Manufacturing

Production & Batch Manufacturing delivered as a practical B2B service for one-off work, prototypes, small batches and repeat requirements, subject to project review.

PROJECT GEOMETRY / REVIEW BEFORE PRODUCTION

Project approach

A complete route from input data to a finished, protected product.

The value is coordination. Instead of the customer managing separate suppliers for forming, welding, finishing, assembly and packing, the agreed manufacturing stages can be handled as one project route, subject to the specification and technical requirements.

We do not publish invented machine lists, capacity figures or certifications. Material, dimensions, tolerances, documentation, testing and any regulated requirements are confirmed for the individual project before production.

Typical scope

What this capability can cover

Examples are indicative rather than a fixed catalogue. If the requirement is unusual, send the information you have and we can assess a practical manufacturing route.

  • bespoke components
  • welded assemblies
  • formed parts
  • frames and supports
  • prototype items
  • repeat production parts
Not limited to catalogue parts.

Drawings are ideal, but a sketch, photographs, measurements or an existing sample can also start the discussion.

Engineering review

Details that change the job

Input control

Drawings, CAD, samples, photographs and critical dimensions are reviewed before work starts.

Process route

Forming, welding, finishing and outside processes are sequenced around the final requirement.

Inspection

Critical characteristics and visual requirements are agreed for the project.

Dispatch

Finished work is cleaned, protected and packed appropriately for its surface and destination.

Manufacturing route

From requirement to dispatch condition

01Review drawings / sample
02Define material & finish
03Plan forming & fabrication
04Weld / assemble
05Finish & inspect
06Protect & pack

Stainless expertise

Finishing can determine how the part should be fabricated.

For appearance-sensitive stainless, the best result is easier to achieve when finishing access, grain direction, weld transitions and handling are considered before the component is welded.
