Commercial & Hospitality Metalwork

Bespoke stainless and metal products for hotels, restaurants, bars, retail and commercial interiors.

PROJECT GEOMETRY / REVIEW BEFORE PRODUCTION

Project approach

When the metal remains visible, fabrication and appearance have to be designed together.

Architectural, furniture, public-realm and sculpture work often combines structural logic with demanding visible surfaces. Weld location, access for finishing, grain direction, joins, edge treatment and transport protection should be considered before fabrication begins.

We do not publish invented machine lists, capacity figures or certifications. Material, dimensions, tolerances, documentation, testing and any regulated requirements are confirmed for the individual project before production.

Typical scope

What this capability can cover

Examples are indicative rather than a fixed catalogue. If the requirement is unusual, send the information you have and we can assess a practical manufacturing route.

  • counters
  • shelving
  • bar components
  • screens
  • planters
  • feature metalwork
Not limited to catalogue parts.

Drawings are ideal, but a sketch, photographs, measurements or an existing sample can also start the discussion.

Engineering review

Details that change the job

Concept to build

Work from architect, designer, artist or client information without presenting ourselves as the design author.

Visible surfaces

Plan welds and finishing around what will be seen at close range.

Scale & handling

Review lifting, segmentation, transport and site-interface constraints early.

Finish samples

Where appearance is critical, define or approve a reference finish before final production.

Manufacturing route

From requirement to dispatch condition

01Review concept & interfaces
02Resolve buildable geometry
03Plan visible welds
04Fabricate & assemble
05Finish visible surfaces
06Protect for transport

Stainless expertise

Finishing can determine how the part should be fabricated.

For appearance-sensitive stainless, the best result is easier to achieve when finishing access, grain direction, weld transitions and handling are considered before the component is welded.
