Buckets, Chutes & Heavy Fabricated Components

Rugged fabricated components for material handling and industrial equipment, made to drawings or existing samples.

PROJECT GEOMETRY / REVIEW BEFORE PRODUCTION

Project approach

Fabrication should be planned for the finished result.

A component is considered through forming, welding, finishing, handling and packing before the first manufacturing stage begins. This matters especially for visible stainless surfaces, difficult geometry, large assemblies and parts that must arrive ready for installation or final assembly.

We do not publish invented machine lists, capacity figures or certifications. Material, dimensions, tolerances, documentation, testing and any regulated requirements are confirmed for the individual project before production.

Typical scope

What this capability can cover

Examples are indicative rather than a fixed catalogue. If the requirement is unusual, send the information you have and we can assess a practical manufacturing route.

  • buckets
  • chutes
  • wear-related housings
  • heavy trays
  • collection bins
  • machine components
Not limited to catalogue parts.

Drawings are ideal, but a sketch, photographs, measurements or an existing sample can also start the discussion.

Engineering review

Details that change the job

Geometry

Review bends, radii, weld access, interfaces, distortion risk and assembly sequence.

Material

Confirm grade, thickness, section and any project-specific documentation.

Finish

Define as-fabricated, ground, satin, polished, powder-coated or other agreed condition.

Quantity

One-off, prototype, small-batch and repeat requirements are considered project by project.

Manufacturing route

From requirement to dispatch condition

01Review drawings / sample
02Define material & finish
03Plan forming & fabrication
04Weld / assemble
05Finish & inspect
06Protect & pack

Stainless expertise

Finishing can determine how the part should be fabricated.

For appearance-sensitive stainless, the best result is easier to achieve when finishing access, grain direction, weld transitions and handling are considered before the component is welded.
